I aim to get your parcel to UK addresses within fourteen days from despatch. If you require faster delivery or delivery outside the UK, then please contact me via email and I will get back to you as quickly as possible in order to accommodate your needs or answer any queries.
For your peace of mind, I offer a cooling off period. I want everyone who buys a piece of my art to be completely satisfied. Once you have received the work you have seven days to live with it and to make sure it is the piece for you.
If the artwork has been damaged in transit, please keep all packaging and refer to my full returns policy below for further details. I aim for your experience with me to be as smooth as possible.

Original Artwork Return Policy
Please unpack carefully and retain all packaging until you have decided that you are happy with your purchase.
From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the work or return the artwork in its original condition for a refund.
I also require all returned artwork to be shipped out by the buyer within three (3) days after confirming with me that the work will be returned. So, if you receive artwork that you have purchased from Chris Eastham and are not fully satisfied, you have up to:
Seven (7) days to contact me about your intent to return the work and a further
Three (3) days from the day you contacted me to ship out the artwork.
Please do not ship the artwork before contacting me as this will invalidate your claim.
If you do not notify me of your intent to return the work within 7 days of receipt or you do not ship the work within 3 days of notifying me, you will NOT be eligible for a refund. (Some exceptions may apply e.g., death, bereavement, illness or incapacity. Please contact me for an assessment of your specific situation)
If an artwork is individually commissioned then it is, by definition, a unique purchase specifically made for the client and cannot easily be resold. Consequently, commissioned artwork cannot be returned. Please refer to myCommissioned Artwork Policy which lays down the applicable terms and conditions in full.
Step 1 – Within seven (7) days of your merchandise delivery date, please contact my email support at [email protected]to give me your order information and the reason for wanting to return the work.
Step 2 – Repackage the artwork using the original packaging materials. If you’ve already disposed of the original packaging, you will be responsible for purchasing similar acid free packaging materials to return the artwork safely and securely. Please contact me for further advice if required.
Step 3 – Email [email protected] to complete the return process.
Once the artwork safely reaches the artist, Chris Eastham will process your return and the amount owed will be refunded to your original source of payment in the same currency (minus shipping/handling costs, bank fees and international customs fees, if any). Damaged artwork caused by improper packaging will not be refunded.
Additional shipping and handling fees may apply for international returns. These will be deducted from the purchase price and a net balance will be refunded to you.
